SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping charges and expected delivery dates are displayed on the checkout page at the time of your order. This information also appears in your order confirmation email.
It takes around 7 days for order and payment processing. We package and ship your order as soon as we get credit card authorization and order is processed. Based on our warehouse location and your shipping address, we determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order.
The carriers that may be used are USPS, UPS or FEDEX. At this moment we ship our products in US only.
Shipping may be delayed due to natural calamity, COVID, war etc. Mira Aura Beauty Cosmetics will not be responsible for late delivery in that case.
Domestic Delivery(USA) rates
Domestic delivery rates are determined during checkout. Rate decided during checkout process shall be the final rate of shipping.
Standard delivery:
Standard delivery generally arrives between 5-20 business days from the shipped date, excluding holidays. However, standard delivery range may vary due to many factors like your zip code etc.
NOTE:
1) Shipping time does not include 1-3 working day processing period required to process your order from the date it is placed.
- Please keep in mind products are made fresh to order to ensure potency.
2) If there is any issue with the shipment of your package, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your products. After grace period products will not be replaced.
